Marketing Your Timber

The key to E-Tex's long term success has been our ability to work with many different mills in our service area.

For example, some mills will pay top dollar for first-growth Southern Pines. Other mills, are interested in pulpwood. Still others will pay top dollar for oak and hardwoods that can be used for construction of pallets.

What you'll see, when we do a harvest for you, is that we sort your logs on site. From nearly 30 mills in our region, E-Tex will send your logs to the mill that will get you top dollar for your timber.

This is one of those "extra steps" that E-Tex does that many smaller firms can't do for a number of reasons. They may be too small, not have the right contacts and relationships, or they simply may not have E-Tex's experience in marketing cut timber.
